Project Overview

Developed and enhanced a complete arena booking management platform with secure bKash PGW payment gateway integration, advanced booking workflow automation, multi-role admin account management, arena-wise income & expense tracking, transfer approval system, and real-time financial reporting dashboard. The project focused on fixing critical payment-booking sync issues, improving booking confirmation logic, automating financial balance calculations, and creating a more efficient role-based admin control system for arena operations management.

Challenges & Learning

This project involved several complex challenges, especially around bKash payment synchronization and booking validation. One of the main issues was ensuring that canceled or incomplete payments never reserved booking slots, which required implementing secure payment verification and rollback logic. Managing financial consistency across bookings, cancellations, transfers, and balance updates was another major challenge. This helped me gain strong experience in transactional data handling and maintaining accurate real-time account calculations. I also improved my understanding of role-based access control by designing separate permissions for Super Admin, General Admin, and other users while keeping the workflow smooth and secure. Additionally, building automated booking workflows and the arena financial dashboard strengthened my skills in system automation, reporting logic, backend optimization, and scalable application architecture.
